Since the Partnership was formed in 2002, here are some of the projects we have led or been involved in:

• Installed the tennis courts on Simons Cross
• Installed the electricity supply to the Hill.
• Set up and managed the regular Wickham Market markets – now handed over to the
  Parish Council
• Set up and managed the Visit Wickham Market website – now handed over to the
  Parish Council
• Set up and administer Wickham News (aka Round Robin) – continuing
• Designed and installed the village map on the Hill
• Installed the winter lights in the plane trees on the Hill
• Provided the new home for the Archive Centre
• Set up and support Mens Shed
• Set up the Resource Centre gardening group
• Installed CCTV cameras to protect the Resource Centre from vandalism
• Annual circulation of 18000 leaflets advertising Xmas events and local
  shops/businesses
• Founding Board member of Suffolk Libraries to represent our local library through a
  period of significant change and formed the Wickham Market Library Management
  Committee
• Set up and manage a website hosting service for local organisations such as garden
  club, village hall, etc
• Raised the funds and given grants to a number of village groups
